Providing Scholarships
Raising funds for scholarships for promising women in the field of education is one of the primary activities of Beta Chapter. Beta Chapter also supports the Imagination Library to ensure that literacy starts early. Other projects include honoring Fairbanks community members who support education and youth with a "Friend of Education" Award, Bi-Lingual Leader Program, and a DKG International project, World Fellowship.

Raising Funds with Fred Meyer
The Fred Meyers Community Rewards Program makes it easy for all Beta members to earn funds for Beta Educational Scholarship Foundation. Members can sign up by linking their Fred Meyers card to Beta Educational Foundation by name or by our non-profit number - 88307. Raising Funds with Flower Sales

Every spring BETA Chapter offers beautiful flowering plants for sale. Plants for shade, plants for sun and even tomatoes with all of the herbs for spaghetti growing in the same pot. Thanks to the efforts of our members as well as the quality products at Risse's greenhouse here in Fairbanks, this has become our best fundraiser.

Graze around downtown Fairbanks and sample the many delectable treats that the Fairbanks Visitor's Industry has to offer. Sponsored by the Fairbanks Visitor's Industry every May, it is a great way to visit with friends, enjoy tasty snacks and raise money for BESF, all at the same time!

Raising Funds with More Eating and Fun
During the holiday season, Beta members gather for a luncheon and auction. At this lovely event we not only auction off great things to eat, we offer our talents to raise money for BETA projects. Some tempting opportunities auctioned off include these.
